Chris van Duynhoven

Chris was born and raised in Burnaby, B.C., and has been immersed in the construction industry from a young age.
After high school, while playing hockey in the WHL, Chris enrolled in the Electrical Apprenticeship program at BCIT. Chris competed in SkillsCanada as an Electrician and graduated from his program with distinction.
With a passion for real estate, Chris has renovated several homes and owns rental properties in the Lower Mainland. Along with Chris’ background in building, electrical, and plumbing, he possesses an expertise in home safety.

Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, independent, and objective evaluation so that you can understand and take care of your investment. Tyler Reed
INSPECTOR – LICENSE #: 83619
Tyler was born and raised in Surrey, B.C. and has always had an interest in construction. While in high school Tyler was involved in multiple sports teams including rugby and soccer. After high school he went on to obtain his red seal as a drywall and finisher.
During his time drywalling, Tyler transitioned into different areas of construction including framing/finishing and tile setting. With his experience in the construction industry, Tyler brings a vast amount of knowledge to each and every inspection.
