Delaney Minichiello
Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Delaney has always had a passion for building and construction. With several years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Delaney brings practical knowledge and a keen eye for detail to every home inspection.
Growing up, Delaney was an all-around athlete, playing soccer, football, basketball, and golf—but it was hockey where he truly excelled, going on to play at the junior level. That athletic background helped build the discipline, focus, and work ethic Delaney brings to his professional life today.
Outside of work, Delaney enjoys golfing, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
Martin Foley
From Montreal to Halifax and now Vancouver, Martin has brought his passion for sustainability and home improvement across Canada. He has a diversified background in construction, a diploma in electricity and is also a certified energy advisor with Natural Resources Canada. Martin has experience with just about every trade in residential construction and brings this knowledge to every home inspection.
When Martin is not helping homeowners, you can try to find him exploring British Columbia’s natural wonders, from breathtaking mountain views while hiking to the underwater life revealed through scuba diving.
Tyler Reed
Tyler was born and raised in Surrey, B.C. and has always had an interest in construction. While in high school Tyler was involved in multiple sports teams including rugby and soccer. After high school he went on to obtain his red seal as a drywall and finisher.
During his time drywalling, Tyler transitioned into different areas of construction including framing/finishing and tile setting. With his experience in the construction industry, Tyler brings a vast amount of knowledge to each and every inspection.
Marty Trytko
Born and raised in New Westminster, Marty spent his early years helping his father with home renovations across the Lower Mainland—an experience that sparked a lifelong interest in how homes are built and how they age over time.
A Red Seal–certified electrician with decades of experience in construction, project management, and personal home renovations, Marty brings a strong technical background and a meticulous approach to every inspection. His career has included hands-on trade work, managing large-scale construction projects, business ownership, and guiding teams toward high-quality results.
Marty takes pride in delivering thorough, informative inspections that help homeowners feel confident and well-informed. Outside of work, he enjoys trail running, skiing, traveling, and exploring British Columbia’s rugged outdoors with his wife and dogs.
Chris van Duynhoven
Chris was born and raised in Burnaby, B.C., and has been immersed in the construction industry from a young age.
After high school, while playing hockey in the WHL, Chris enrolled in the Electrical Apprenticeship program at BCIT. Chris competed in Skills Canada as an Electrician and graduated from his program with distinction.
With a passion for real estate, Chris has renovated several homes and owns rental properties in the Lower Mainland. Along with Chris’ background in building, electrical, and plumbing, he possesses an expertise in home safety.
In his free time Chris enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his two children and wife Michelle.
