Our BC Realtor Education program offers 10 free, 60‑minute PDP‑eligible courses designed specifically for REALTORS® across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Each module provides 1 hour of self‑directed PDP credit, helping you earn the 9 self‑directed hours required every 24‑month cycle—while still giving you the opportunity to complete all 10 and strengthen your technical knowledge even further. Every course is built around real inspection findings from BC homes, offering practical insight into common defects, report terminology, and how to guide clients with clarity and confidence.
